Shipping & Return Policy


We use DHL/Fedex or equivalent logistic partner for ensuring safe delivery of your dream shoe. You will be notified via email that the delivery of your order is on its way along with logistic details.

Deliveries are made worldwide. Please see our delivery chart for more information on costs and destinations.
Delivery costs are shown in the delivery table below, they may vary from country to country and may be subject to different promotional policies.
Your shoes will be released for shipping within 3 weeks after we send you the confirmation order email.
- India: 2-7 business days after we send you the confirmation that your order has been successfully released for shipping. - Any Other Countries: 3-10 business days after we send you the confirmation that your order has been successfully released for shipping. We want to make sure that your shoes are perfect. Therefore, if our quality control team is not happy, the shipping times might take additional 5 business days.
We highly recommend placing the order 45 business days before the important date or event.
You can check order status through your HW account. You will be notified via email when your shoes are ready for shipping.


We only accept returns in cases of products bearing obvious manufacturing defects. If the product you have received contains obvious defects, we will return it for free and we will fully refund you. However, it is very rare to encounter obvious defects on products that have been shipped. All our products are handcrafted in using premium leathers and materials. In addition, we thoroughly inspect each product and only ship items that meet our quality standards. Our products get also carefully packed to ensure they arrive in a perfect shape.

Please note:

- Returns can only be made if the product has never been used, and is complete with all its original packaging, and only in the case of obvious manufacturing defects. As this is a handmade product, defects are not deemed to include characteristics such as slight inconsistencies in colour, minor leather imperfections or small marks on the shoe due to their artisanal manufacture. - It is not possible to return shoes for wrong size. For this reason, we highly recommend to measure feet and order try-on samples after placing the final o - The Customer acknowledges that the images shown on the Website might be different to reality: pictures, 3D rendering and photos of the shoes may not represent the actual appearance of the final product.
You can request a return by contacting our customer service department at [email protected], indicating the type of defect and enclosing a photo confirming the existence of the defect on the shoe. Shipping charges for return will be at our expenses, including any taxes and customs duties. As soon as we receive the item, which must be unused, unworn intact and complete with its original packaging and tags, we will verify its integrity. If you comply fully with the return policy you will be entitled to a full refund.
