  1. How are the shoes made?

Harperwoods shoes are constructed using traditional techniques, ensuring the wearer a natural, long-lasting and comfortable shoe with an excellent fit. 


  1. Where are the shoes made?

Harperwoods shoes are made by teams of skilled artisans who have produced footwear for generations in Agra, India. Agra had been capital of India from 1300’s till mid 1700’s. Even after shift of seat of power to Delhi, it has remained one of the most important trade-centre in India. 


  1. How should care of my shoes?

Wear your shoes alternate days. Let the shoe air out. This will ensure longer life and an odour free shoe. Never wear the shoe with dirty feet & socks. Shoe has the perfect temperature for many disease-causing microbes to grow. Hence always prefer to buy a leather shoe or one made with breathable fabric, so that your feet remains dry.


  1. What sizes are available?

Size 39 to 50 for men's & 33 to 42 for ladies. The possible sizes are mentioned with each article. We also have 3 fits in each. You can choose a narrow/wide fit in each size. Visit our sizing <link to sizing page> page for detailed instructions.


  1. How do I find the right size?

We advise you to use the shoe size guide and confidently choose the size that best fits your foot. You can also use our size try on service pair to confirm your size. Our executive shall call you after your first order to confirm the requirement of the same.


  1. The shoes don't fit me properly
