  1. How are the Shoes delivered?

We use reputed logistic partners for ensuring safe delivery of your dream shoe. You will be notified via email that the delivery of your order is on its way along with logistic details.


  1. Do you deliver worldwide?

Deliveries are made worldwide. Please see our delivery chart for more information on costs and destinations. Delivery to Indian destinations are free. 


  1. How much does delivery cost?

Delivery costs vary from country to country and may be subject to different promotional policies. INR prices include free delivery to India, USD prices include free delivery to North America, UK Pound prices include free delivery to UK, EURO prices include free delivery to Europe, Yen prices include free delivery to Japan. For other countries nominal delivery charges may apply. 


  1. When will my shoes arrive?

Your shoes will be ready for shipping within 2 weeks after we send you the confirmation order email. Typically we ship withing 10 days of order placement. In case of delays or special customisation we intimate the same to you within 3 days of placement of order. However sometimes, due to reasons beyond our control may delay the order. In such cases we interact with you to decide the best possible actions.


  1. Standard shipping times for products without personal incriptions:

- India: 2-7 business days after we send you the confirmation that your order has been successfully released for shipping. - Any Other Countries: 3-10 business days after we send you the confirmation that your order has been successfully released for shipping. 


  1. Do you need your shoes in time for an important date or event?

We highly recommend placing the order 20 business days before the important date or event. However, in case of urgency or specific request, our team has delivered shoes in as less as 3 business days. In case of urgency, please drop us an email on care@harperwoods.com.


  1. I have placed my order How do I know when my Shoes will be shipped?

You can check order status through your HW account. You will be notified via email when your shoes are ready for shipping.


Return:


Can I return my customised shoes?

We accept no question asked returns within 365 days of despatch. The shoe needs to be returned I unused condition with all tag’s & boxes. We do not charge a re-stocking fees. However, after 90 days, return charges shall be to customer’s account. The amount shall be credited as store credit and can be used to purchase any other product for www.harperwoods.com only.

All our products are handcrafted in using premium leathers and materials. In addition, we thoroughly inspect each product and only ship items that meet our quality standards. Our products get also carefully packed to ensure they arrive in a perfect shape. However, in case of any defects, we shall repair/remake the shoe.

Please note: As this is a handmade natural product, defects are not deemed to include characteristics such as slight inconsistencies in colour, minor leather imperfections or small marks on the shoe due to their artisanal manufacture. - It is not possible to return shoes for wrong size – however we do offer remake of the shoe for the first order. For this reason, we highly recommend to measure feet and order try-on samples after placing the final order - The Customer acknowledges that the images shown on the Website might be different to reality: pictures, 3D rendering and photos of the shoes may not represent the actual appearance of the final product.
